Marriage Scene

August 19, 2008

“Would you marry me?”

This question may look very simple but not everybody find it is easy to answer. I believe marriage is not just about living together. It is allot more, beyond our thought. Somehow it is a burden.

Hi, don’t be so serious!!!

Take a look on this marriage scenario

If you think more….you will laugh more…

Marriage – Part I

Typical macho man marries typical good-looking woman and after the wedding, he laid down the following rules:

‘I’ll be home when I want, if I want and at what time I want and I don’t expect any hassle from you.
I expect a great dinner to be on table unless I tell you that I won’t be home for dinner.
I’ll go hunting, fishing, boozing and card-playing when I want with my old buddies and don’t you give me a hard time about it. Those are my rules! Any comments?’

Galungan Day is back! It is another big celebration for me and all of Balinese. Galungan is a celebration of the winning of Dharma (good) over Adharma (evil) which we celebrate every 6 months or 210 days according to Balinese calendar. On this day, we offer thanks to God and ask forgiveness for any sins we have committed in the past and also pray for spiritual peace. Every end of year, we have a Festive Seasons Program which specifically designed to celebrate Christmas and New Year for the guest in my work place, in Carribean. One of my favorite of last year program was High Tea with Balinese Dance Performance. Unquestionably, as a Balinese, I am absolutely happy and proud of the idea.
